Tarte Energy Noir & Sephora High Precision Eyeliner Mini-Reviews, Class and Sass Look 9/26/15

Hi guys and dolls!  I am really excited to share this look with you.  I tried out new products for this look.  Let me tell you:  They were all so fab!!  I am so very happy with the look and the products.  I tried out the Tarte Cosmetics Energy Noir Clay Palette.  OMG, this palette is amazing!  The colors are classy and tasteful, great for young and more mature skin.  Let's just talk about the formula and consistency.  This palette in its entirety is pigmented, smooth and buttery.  They apply evenly and perfectly.  I had no trouble at all creating this look.  Tarte shadows used to be a little more powdery and on the drier side.  With this palette, well, let's just say for me it was a total game changer.  Now, I will definitely not hesitate to go to this brand for amazing quality product.  This palette is definitely worth looking into.  I picked up mine from Ulta Beauty.

The other product I tried out with this look was the Sephora High Precision Eyeliner.  I reserve jumping for joy only for truly extraordinary products.  Guys, I was totally jumping up and down with this.  I absolutely love it.  For me, it is the best liquid eye liner of life!  It applies dark and clean, with no bleeding or irritation.  It dries to a matte finish.  It lasts all day with no cracking or flaking.  It washes off easily.  The only thing is that if you are prone to watery eyes, I am not sure this would work for you on the lower lash line.  I only use this on my upper lash line just because I am not too crazy about a super bold lower lash line look for my everyday look.  All that being said, this is my new favorite liquid eyeliner and I highly recommend you checking it out if it is available in your area.
