Blvd. Cosmetics Brush Shampoo & Conditioner Review 12/22/14

Hi everyone!  This post is all about the Blvd. Cosmetics Candy Cane Brush Shampoo & Conditioner that was sent to me for review.  The Brush Shampoo comes in a plastic container with a twist-on top and contains 2 oz of product as well as a loofah.  It is priced at $16 and is 100% Vegan and Biodegradable.  It is available in Lavendar, Lemongrass and Unscented at the moment.  The Candy Cane scent has sold out and will be seasonally available during the Holiday Season.  Blvd. Cosmetics has posted a video on YouTube to show you how to use the shampoo.  Basically, you wet your dirty brush, swirl it in the Shampoo, swirl on the loofah and rinse for clean brushes.  For dirtier brushes like face brushes (foundation, powder), you will need to repeat the process until the brushes are thoroughly clean.  Typically for an eye shadow brush, I get the brush clean in less than 5 seconds.  Yes, that fast.  The products does rinse off completely and doesn't leave behind any residue or stickiness.  My thoughts: This cleanser is absolutely amazing!  It smells heavenly!!  It works like a dream.  All this time I had been using baby shampoo and wasn't super thrilled.  With the Blvd. Cosmetics Brush Shampoo & Conditioner, my brushes are squeaky clean and a breeze to wash.  This has definitely cut my wash time significantly.  I very highly recommend this product.  I plan to purchase the other scents to add to my collection.  I love the smell of Lavendar and Lemongrass, so needless to say, these are perfect for my taste.  If you are in the market for a great brush cleanser, check out Blvd. Cosmetics.  They have impressed me and I am confident they will impress you, too.
