A Flair for the Dramatic Look 6/12/16

Hi everyone!  Today's makeup was all about using products I hadn't reached for in a while, pigments.I grabbed my MAC Cosmetics holiday kits and used some beauties from there.  Pigments are so amazing to work with!  There is so much you can do with them.  Literally, just touching them makes my heart flutter.  I was aiming for a more dramatic look and this is what I came up with.  For added drama, you can add winged liner to the upper lash line, a dark color to the waterline, false lashes and glitter.  Since I was going to a family event, I opted for some just a touch of flair.  Hope you all like the look.
